Yesterday I went to the first ever Madonna concert in Athens! Along with me, there were about 75.000 people in the Olympic stadium waiting for Her spell. Lucky me, I was in pitch A, almost 10 meters away from the stage.
So, here is my slideshow report:
and below some selected photos:
fantastic stage design
hard candies all over the stage
plus a boxing match
brilliant vector graphics
she was plain awesome…
extraordinary performance from Her Madgesty and dancers
great video wall
a non-stop changing stage design
Below are some photos from the sculpture symposium I have just participated in.
All sculptures have been made as a part of the upcoming sculpture museum in Elliniko, a village near Ioannina, Greece, to honor Sculptor and Athens School of Fine Arts Professor Theodoros Papayiannis.
Some general views from the sculpture park:
This is my “digital gear”, the piece I made for the symposium:
Sculptor Andreas Lolis
Sculptor Costas Vrittias
Sculptor Loukas Loukides
Sculptor Dimitris Skalkotos
Sculptor Theodoros Papayiannis is feeding his snake
Some photos from my summer holidays in Crete. Although Panormo (a village near Rethymno) isn’t the best place to be, I must admit “Spilies” beach is a fantastic place.
